Westminster employees eligible for tuition remission should submit this form thirty days prior to the beginning of classes to ensure timely processing. After the Add/Drop period, the Financial Aid Office will review your application and verify the number of registered credits.
Westminster employees planning to enroll in courses should speak with their supervisor prior to submitting this form. Supervisor approval is required for courses taken during an employee's regularly scheduled hours.
A new Tuition Remission Form must be submitted for each semester you wish to receive tuition remission benefits for yourself or a dependent.
To qualify for tuition remission, students must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress standards set by Westminster. If you do not meet these requirements, the Financial Aid Office will notify students if they are ineligible for tuition remission.
